What the cohort needed
Participants arrived with craft but without a structured way to bring new tools into it. The risk was a programme that taught buttons and left nobody able to make a film.
So the film became the unit of learning. Every session served a film each participant was actually making, and the programme ended in a public screening.
What I was trusted with
- Programme design and outcomes
- Curriculum, schedule and cohort selection
- Lead facilitation of every session
- One-to-one feedback on each film
- Pitch preparation
- The final presentation and screening
