Privacy notice

I am an independent consultant, not a data-handling platform. This notice explains what this website collects, what I do with it, and what I ask you not to send.

What the website collects

The contact form collects the details you type: your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the service and offer you select, your description of the problem, optional expected deliverables, an optional budget estimate and timing. It also records the time the form was opened and a bot-protection token.

The website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party scripts beyond the bot-protection widget on the contact form, the embedded calendar in the booking dialog, and YouTube film players loaded when you choose to watch a film.

How enquiries are handled

Your message is emailed to me and a copy is sent to you. A record of the enquiry may be stored for up to 90 days in a secured store so I can reply if the email fails. It is then deleted. Rate-limit records contain a hashed address and a count only.

I use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. I do not sell or share them, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

What not to send

Please do not send private client or beneficiary records, passwords, unpublished sensitive evidence, or children's personal details through this website. Sensitive work begins with a human conversation and agreed channels, access and retention boundaries.

Third parties

Email delivery uses a transactional email provider. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The booking dialog embeds Google Calendar, which has its own privacy terms when you choose to book. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Your rights and contact

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw an enquiry at any time by email. Where Kenya's Data Protection Act or another law gives you rights, I honour them.
